Charlie's skill with making potions are generally decent. In spite of Professor Snape's inherent disdain for his family, he managed to do well enough in his classes; he certainly is not an alchemist, by any means. But he can put together any number of potions relating to burns and other dragon related injuries with relative ease. Usually.

Today, that is certainly not the case once he finishes drinking what he thought to be a basic burn healing potion, for one of his burns from the Horntail that has yet to entirely vanish. As soon as he swallows the last drop from his satchel, he knows he screwed up somewhere along the way.

"Bloody hell," he groans as the world spins around him. He's sitting on a bench in the park, thinking he might look for work after finishing his potion. Now, even sitting down is sending Charlie for a loop; he tries to stand up, but only succeeds in further dizzying himself. Damn, but he just made one hell of a Dizziness Draught, he thinks before he swoons, falling to his knees in public like a drunkard. At least he's managed to dress himself like a Muggle, to prevent from further embarrassment.

He tries to get his bearings straight, to pick himself back up, but all Charlie can think is how much of a right idiot he looks.

"...wait, what? Dragons?" Mindy asks, eyes going wide. Between that and mention of spells and that uniquely red hair, Mindy's starting to freak out a little bit. Draco is here, it's not beyond belief that a Weasley would be. But he's not Ron, so who the hell is he? She can't for the life of her remember who the one with the freaking dragons is. "What do you mean, you know your way around baby dragons?"

"Yes, dragons," he nods, because, at this point, the woman already thinks him drunk. Why not add madness to the equation? Charlie thinks his day can't get any stranger than it already is. "I worked at a sanctuary, back in Romania. I help heal those in need of tending and watching out for them."

"...are there dragons here?" Mindy asks, and her eyes would go wider were it possible. She's never considered of all the bizarreness in Darrow that there could be dragons. She's both terrified and delighted. Mostly, though, she's confused as ever.

"Not that I've seen," Charlie replies, unable to keep the wistfulness from his tone. What he would give to find a dragon's egg here in the city. Granted, the risk of destruction would be mighty high, but he thinks it would be worth it. "Unfortunately. I think I'd like this place much better if there were."

"Oh, and I'm Charlie, by the way," he adds, feeling guilty for not introducing himself sooner. "Charlie Weasley."

"Charlie! Of course!" Mindy exclaims, like it's the most obvious thing in the world before she realises that it's possible he doesn't know about the whole series written about his brother's best friend's legacy. "Uh, I mean, you look like a Charlie. It's in the eyes, you know? Anyway, I am Mindy. Uh, Doctor Mindy Lahiri. It is nice to meet you. Do you need medical attention, at all?"

"I'm sorry, have we met before?" He starts a bit, taken aback by the woman's sudden enthusiasm. His eyebrow quirks of its own accord as she explains. "I didn't realize you could tell someone's name by their eyes, but maybe it's a type of magic I'm not yet aware of?" He's still smiling, even though he's still very much dizzy. "My pleasure, Doctor Mindy Lahiri. Um, well. Unless you know where I might find an antidote to this Dizziness Draught I'm afraid I'm rather screwed, as I've heard some people say."

Mindy decides to just skip past the whole how-do-I-know-your-name dilemma, because it's super awkward and she's incredibly good at ignoring things for the purposes of self preservation. Instead she just smiles in turn and glances in the general direction of the hospital. "I do not have an antidote, but if you wanted to I could bring you by the hospital for a check up?"

"That's probably not a bad idea," Charlie admits, too dizzied by his mistake of a potion to notice how she avoids his first question. He doubts Muggle doctors can help, but who knows. At least pursuing some sort of assistance beats waiting for the dizziness to pass.
